Minutes of Authority Board Meetings

Copies of minutes, including records of decisions taken (excluding any part of the minutes of proceedings when the meeting was not open to the public), are available for six years after a meeting. 

The Authority will supply copies of any agenda and reports which are open to public inspection upon request upon payment of a charge for postage and printing.  Please contact the Chief Port Health Inspector for further information.
